Website Design
We’ll reach out to you for a short call to understand your requirements. This is followed up by a face-to-face meeting at your location to finalize the project scope & start working on your project.
Yes you can, we will also prepare a design for mutual agreement before commencing. We set the number of revisions to five as a rough guide for our projects. As long as the project is moving forward constructively, we’re happy.
For simple websites, we can have it up in a week. If there are a lot of changes and technical requests, it can take around a month. In the end, we want to make sure you’re satisfied with what you get.
All our works come with 1 year warranty, and packaged with service credits for post-project editing purposes. Apart from this, we’re glad to continue to provide FOC support from time to time if your team needs a refresh on using the website. We just seek your understanding that the request scope have to be reasonable.
E-Commerce Store
Generally we work with 20 products as a guide. If you need 3-4 more, it’s fine. If there are really much more items than 20, we have to quote separately. Please note that products can have variations in color and size which don’t count as a separate product.
We use Stripe as the payment gateway. Stripe supports Credit card, Paynow, Google Pay & Apple Pay. If you have your own preferred gateway, you can let us know and we’ll try to integrate it for you.
For WooCommerce & Shopify, there is a backend which allows you to see the orders made by your customers. You will also receive alert emails as well.
For WooCommerce & Shopify, the pages follow a template. We are technically good enough to edit most of the parts, but there are some critical portions that have to remain as such. If you wish to have 100% customizability, you need to consider a custom application.

We are a freelance team located in Singapore, striving to provide the best value for SMEs while also following our passion for web technology. Because of this, we are also able to physically meet you at your place to facilitate the project.
Our core focus is on technical integration and app development. We understand that web projects need a lot of patience, communication, and TLC, & we’re prepared to work with you to bring your dream to life. We’ve heard a lot of horror stories in web design, and we want to focus on the long term value of our relationships with our customers instead.
We can discuss on this, but we generally take a 50% deposit of the full amount to start, with the other 50% to be paid upon project handover. In the case of a cancelled project, we can refund a certain amount based on the amount of work & effort we have done.
We only provide website design & app development services. We can assist to coordinate 3rd parties for projects, but we prefer to focus on what we do best.
